Can I cancel my order?

Of course you can cancel your order if you change your mind - you just need to let us know before we dispatch the order.

Once orders have been shipped, we can not cancel them unfortunately.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Yes - as long as we haven't shipped it yet! If you need to change your address, please email : theteam@thrifted.com with your order number and new address.

If your order has already been dispatched and is on its way to the wrong address - please inform the shipping company directly. The parcel may be returned to us and we can arrange a new delivery if so.

Can I add or remove and item from my order?

We can make changes to an order as long as you let us know before we dispatch the order so we can make the change for you.
Please email us with your order number to theteam@thrifted.com and the change you would like to make!

How much will shipping cost?

This will depend on your location and the weight of your order. Please read up on our shipping information here -https://www.thrifted.com/pages/shipping-information

When will my order be shipped? 

Please allow a 1-2 working day handling period on orders. We do not ship any orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays.

Shipping times are provided directly from the courier and they do advise these are only an aim, not a guarantee. Please be aware these don't include handling times from our warehouse.

I have been asked to pay a customs charge - why is this?

We utilise the IOSS scheme to pay for VAT on our EU customers behalf on orders under €150. If you are in the EU and your order is over €150, then customs charges may apply.

Can I return my items?

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

How do I return an item?

Make sure you are using the # symbol in front of your order number when entering.

I have sent a returned parcel to you - when will I receive my refund?

It may take a few working days for us to process the returns once they arrive at our warehouse. Once we have processed the return, you should receive an email notification. The return of funds is usually quick, however some banks may take up to 3-5 working days to return a refund.
